509 has a dealer services team standing by to help with warranty issues. Please email Dealers@ride509.com and provide detailed information about the item, the issues and shipping information. The dealer services team is working to answer warranty tickets  within 24Hrs if you do not hear back within that time, or unsatisfied with the service provided please contact us.
